I am a natural born healer.

I work with Somatic Counselling & Psychotherapy, a modality of personal growth based on various techniques, exploring how we store emotional blockages in our physical body and better even, how to release them.

My work is for people who wish to connect and deepen their Inner Wisdom. I am a healer of the soul, a higher self connector and I Ignite Transformation so that you listen to your souls desires and purpose.

I am a qualified Somatic Psychotherapist, trained in NLP and timeline therapy, a certified Hay Teacher, “You Can Heal Your Life” and I have also studied transformational life coaching.  ALL of this has this brought an incredible foundation to my work.

In our sessions we can work on reparenting through the inner child; 

Soul Retrievals, bringing back parts of the soul that have left the body due to trauma, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection;

Remove curses; 

Dissolve contracts;

Remove implants;

Call back in your Accoutrements;

Remove entities...

We can travel through timelines and dimensions, all in the name of Love and unity, to bring ALL OF YOU back to you.

So you see, even though I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist, my work is enormously diverse and adaptive to what your soul needs in that moment.

Today, I consider myself to be a modern witch, I speak to your soul and listen to your heart. I am a lover of magic, ritual and all things mystical. I love being wild and free, soft, fierce and gentle, all in one.

I am Passionate about People! I love working with groups, I am a facilitator and I love it!

I run workshops and retreats focusing on Juicy Self Love, good food, great fun, meditation, sound healing, somatic embodiment dance practices and all sorts of artistic mediums to bring out the best we can possibly be.
